When you engage our services, we collect:

  • Business name, owner name, and contact details

  • Business phone number, booking link, and Google review link

  • Billing information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

  • Service and pricing information needed to configure your automation system

  • Communications between you and Meridian Growth

2b. Information About Your Customers

In order to provide our services, we process information about your customers on your behalf. This includes:

  • Phone numbers of individuals who call your business

  • SMS opt-in status and language preferences

  • Appointment and booking history where integrated

  • Review request responses

You are responsible for ensuring your customers have been made aware that they may receive automated SMS messages from your business. We provide you with the tools and language to obtain and document this consent.

2c. Automatically Collected Information

We may collect standard technical data including:

  • IP addresses and browser type when you visit growthmeridian.com

  • Usage data within our client portal

  • Email open and click data for reports we send you

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Configure, deploy, and maintain your automation systems

  • Send automated SMS messages on your behalf to your customers

  • Generate and deliver your monthly performance reports

  • Process payments through Stripe

  • Communicate with you about your account and service updates

  • Improve our systems and develop case studies (using anonymized data only, with your permission)

  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to any third party. We do not use your customers' contact information for any purpose other than providing the services you have engaged us to deliver.

4. SMS Messaging and TCPA Compliance

Our services involve sending automated SMS messages to your customers on your behalf. The following applies to all SMS activity we facilitate:

  • All SMS is sent under your business name and phone number, not ours

  • Your customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP

  • Message frequency varies based on customer activity and the automations active in your account

  • Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients

  • We maintain opt-out records and honor all STOP requests automatically

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers prior to or at the time of their first interaction with your business. By engaging our services, you represent that you will comply with all applicable laws governing SMS marketing, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data and your customers' data is stored within the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, which maintains its own security certifications and infrastructure. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe. We do not maintain our own database of customer contact records outside of GHL.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we handle. However, no system is completely secure. If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately at hello@growthmeridian.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain your business information for the duration of your engagement with us and for up to 12 months thereafter for record-keeping purposes. Contact records within GHL are retained according to GHL's own data retention policies. Upon written request, we will delete your business data from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services depend on the following third-party platforms:

  • Twilio / LC Phone — SMS delivery infrastructure within GHL

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and security standards. We are not responsible for their practices, but we only work with established, reputable platforms.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about your business

  • Correct any inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal requirements

  • Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable
